Then it will be time for a rest!

Today’s the day to sit on the beach
It really has been a peach.
Reading, swimming, sunning and all
We must say, we are having a ball!

We went for a wander by the sea
David and me
We watched the tide go out
And all the little crabs running about.
We saw a man flying a kite
Then came back to the site
Cos it was time for a bite!

And now we are both quite brown!
Aaah, that's lovely! So enjoying reading about your travels, it brightens up our daily grind (and makes the stomach rumble).
ReplyDeleteToday is bright, sunny and very cold; there is a lot of snow still on the Malverns and the car parks are still 4" deep in snow and ice - can't use them at all for fear of getting the cars stuck and breaking our necks. Down here the ground is completely frozen (like tundra).
We are not brown at all!
If you have any spare cash, enough space in your luggage and enough "allowance" and you find some good cheap fake rolex watches, please can I have one too?? Of course I will pay you the "going rate" on your return, I have always fancied a rolex (note small r).
Keep on working hard at holidaying - looking forward to seeing the photo competition.
